"There's never been a better time to cycle"
with this awesome weather this is very true, but..the irony(!) the cycling lane right next to the poster is full of obstacles. This is Cable Street, which a few weeks ago had a lovely raised cycling lane (lovely with the exception of the pedestrians walking in it), but now is being re-done possibly to swap the green colour to blue.. i really hope all this is not just to swap colours to match the "Highways" and that we will actually get some improvements :-)
There are quite a few of these obstacles, which makes cycling a little tricky, especially as the road is a one way road, with car drivers attempting to kill you if you dare to cycle the "wrong" way.
Today Cable Street sucks!
